If you are REALLY close to a team or two and know the game plan for a specific game, pre season football must afford a great opportunity for insiders. Unfortunately, I am not an insider.

BUT if you know that a team is going to bag it, but the public is not officially informed... and the other team wants to make a statement, will be driven by coaching staff to "play to win" then = wow.

Yes I know this (for decades, I have) it can be a strong factor. If you read my post I am alluding to a significantly higher degree of insider information that can be obtained legally but only if you are very close to what is going on... not just the QB situation
